# How Do I Determine number of Costpoint Licenses that are available?

## This article provides steps for determining how many Costpoint Licenses that are provided, used, and available. Full Costpoint license are required for all W2 Employees. Contractors only require Time&Expense Seats.

1. Login into Costpoint

2. Click on Browse Applications \> Admin \> Security\> Security Reports/Inquires \> View License Information

3. The screen will display Maximum Licensed Employees and Active Employees
