How Do I Determine number of Costpoint Licenses that are available?

This article provides steps for determining how many Costpoint Licenses that are provided, used, and available. Full Costpoint license are required for all W2 Employees. Contractors only require Time&Expense Seats.

  1. Login into Costpoint
  2. Click on Browse Applications > Admin > Security> Security Reports/Inquires > View License Information
  3. The screen will display Maximum Licensed Employees and Active Employees
