What is the Difference between Costpoint's Payroll Interface and the Payroll Module?

The Payroll interface is where we create a csv file download from Costpoint that can be upload to a 3rd party payroll provider website (such as ADP, Paychex, etc.) to help create their payroll batch. The Payroll Module refers to processing payroll in-house through Costpoint.  There is an additional cost for purchasing the Payroll Module and having it implemented.  There is no extra cost for the Payroll interface.
